Minimum Order
I ask that your first order is a15 piece minimum and that you pay 50% when ordering (you will be invoiced) and the other 50% before your order is shipped. After this first order you can place orders in any amount and I will be happy to bill you on a Net-30 basis. I also offer additional discounts for orders that are over $1000- see below for more details.
Delivery Time
It is very important to me that your order gets out to you in a timely fashion. I will contact you shortly after you place your order to discuss your needs and an estimated time of delivery. I estimate that delivery time for wholesale orders will typically be 30 days depending on the size of the order and my current volume.
Shipping
I am more than happy to use your Fed ex, UPS or DHL accounts, please let me know this when I contact you about your order. Otherwise I will invoice you separately for the shipping cost after I have shipped the package to you to ensure an accurate charge.
Returns
I do not allow returns for wholesale orders but I am happy to talk with you about other options. I do however stand behind my brand and product 100%- if something does not function properly or is returned broken, I am happy to fix this for free within 60 day of the customer purchase.
Payment
All payments are securely handled through PayPal; a membership is not required to make purchase. I also accept checks and money orders and require that these clear before I send your order to you.
Discount Policy
Discounts for wholesale orders are very strait forward. Once you spend $1000 on a single order you will receive a 5% discount on your already discounted rate. This discount increases in 2% increments for each additional $1000 that you purchase in a single order.
Example:
- If you spend $1000 you will receive a 5% discount
- $2000 => 7%
- $3000 => 9%
- $4000 => 11%
